Seiyu Saitama to Perform Ending for New 'One-Punch Man' Season — The Anime About the Super-Strong Superhero

The highly anticipated third season of the popular anime series, One Punch Man, is set to return this October with new exciting episodes. The anime series, based on the eponymous manga, has been a hit since its first season aired in 2015. The upcoming season promises to continue the thrilling adventures of the protagonist, Saitama, and his quest for a worthy opponent. Adding to the excitement, it has been announced that the ending theme for the new season will be performed by singer and voice actor Makoto Furukawa. Furukawa, who also lends his voice to the character Saitama in the anime, previously performed the ending theme for the second season. This news was reported by the Anime News Network.

The first season of One Punch Man was released in 2015, followed by the second season in 2019. The first season was produced by the renowned animation studio, Madhouse, while the second season was the work of J.C.Staff. Each season consists of 12 episodes, with additional OVA (Original Video Animation) episodes being released as well. The third season's production is being handled by J.C.Staff, continuing the legacy of delivering exhilarating content for the series. However, an exact return date for the anime has yet to be confirmed.

This October, when the series recommences, it will be marking its 10th anniversary, adding another milestone to its journey. As per tradition, the opening of the new season will be performed by the band JAM Project, who had previously performed for the two prior seasons.
