Yes, we offer free shipping for U.S. orders only.
Yes, we ship internationally. All available countries can be seen in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs are calculated when you input your shipping address at checkout and depend on the number of products and destination zip code.
Yes, all fees, taxes, and VAT are due upon receipt, including customs brokerage, and are paid solely by the customer. AniChan does not prepay any of these fees.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Order Tracking and Delivery

Delivery Issues
Please contact us right away at support@anichan.co. We will make things right and take corrective action to your satisfaction.
Most carriers will leave a notice at your home. Please follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your package from a local pick-up point or locker. Otherwise the package will be left in a package receptacle/mailbox or at your door.
You can request a change of address before the product is shipped. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
Generally, we do not require a signature upon delivery. However, some international shipments may require a signature, depending on the destination country's local rules.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of delivery.
You can't return the product if:
- it was damaged by you
- it is not in the original packaging
- it is a sale item
- you are international customer
- you do not want to purchase a return shipping label
Return Process
Please contact us at support@anichan.co to initiate a return
You can either buy one through us by requesting one, we send you an invoice and you pay for return shipping and we provide you the shipping label.
Or you can purchase it at any UPS/USPS location yourself when you bring your returning package there.
We do not offer exchanges. You can return your original item for a refund and then purchase the new product separately.
No there is no restocking fee, your only expense is the return shipping label.
Refunds
We issue refunds within 5 business days upon receiving your returned product.
Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Banks need some time for clearing, it depends. Sometimes the funds are available within 24 hours, but the process could take up to 3-4 business days.
Damaged Shipments or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at support@anichan.co, describe the issue, and send a photo of the damaged part of the product or area of concern.
Yes, in cases where the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
