This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made to the product by unauthorized persons or services.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Products not purchased directly from AniChan.co are not covered under this warranty.

  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: AniChan.co is not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from product defects, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.

  • Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original item purchased.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase and Evidence: Include your order number and provide us a photo of the area of concern.

  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the product to us for inspection.

Warranty Resolution

 

Upon receiving your claim and inspecting the evidence, we will determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty. If it is:

 

  • Repair or Replacement: We will, at our discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

  • Replacement Shipping: If the claim is approved, AniChan will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

AniChan's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under this warranty. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
