All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours after the order is placed, excluding weekends.
Example: If you place your order on Friday night (EST), we will have it shipped by Monday by the end of the day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AniChan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are the customer's responsibility.
Order Lost or Damaged During Transit
Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly via email with your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle these situations individually, but we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Lost in Transit or Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, our team will first conduct an investigation. If we determine that your order is lost or undelivered, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund. While we work hard to ensure every customer receives their order, sometimes there are events with carriers beyond our control.
