'Hunter × Hunter' Creator Back at Work on New Chapters

Yoshihiro Togashi, the creator of the legendary manga series Hunter × Hunter, has confirmed that he is actively working on continuing the story. Togashi shared photos of draft pages from chapter 413 on social media and revealed that the background art for the chapter has already been completed. The update was first reported by ScreenRant.

Currently, 410 chapters of the manga have been officially released. This means that not only is chapter 411 finished, but chapter 412 is also complete and ready for publication. However, according to ScreenRant, Weekly Shonen Jump is likely waiting for several more chapters to be completed before resuming serialization. As a result, it remains unclear when exactly readers will get to experience the long-awaited continuation. The series most recently went on hiatus again in December 2024, after the release of 10 new chapters earlier that year.

Hunter × Hunter first began serialization in March 1998 and quickly grew into one of the most important and beloved shonen manga in the world. Blending high-stakes battles, intricate worldbuilding, and psychological tension, the series has influenced an entire generation of readers. For dedicated fans who enjoy showing their passion beyond the page, unique collectibles like anime mouse pads featuring favorite series can be a fun way to bring a touch of fandom into everyday life.
