The anime will be directed by Haruka Katamani, known for her work on "Doremi: In Search of Magic". The adaptation's script will be penned by Momoka Toyoda, who has previously worked on projects like "My Happy Marriage" and "One Piece: Fan Letter".
The light novel series "One Piece: Heroines" currently has two volumes. The books are collections of stories about various heroines from Eiichiro Oda's manga. The first volume includes tales about Nami, Robin, Vivi, and Perona.
